Shopping, great restaurants, Red Sox and Twins training camp facilities, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, are just a few of the many fun things to do and see in the area. The Fort Myers airport is located only 12 miles away.
The condo features a new kingsize bedroom suite, and new plush pillow top mattress and a pull out couch that can accommodate from 2 - 4 people comfortably.
The unit features 2 32" flat screen televisions with DVD players. Brand new dishes, cooking utensils, flatware, towels, and linens are provided for your convenience.
You will love watching the sun set behind the lake from the private tiled lanai in the evenings. Enjoy the use of 2 pools, hot tub, sauna, exercise facility, volley ball court, shuffle board and tennis court.
The condo is available for rent year round.
